Are MotionVolt games free to download and play?
You can download most of our games for free. If there
is a fee to download the game, you will see it before
downloading. We offer in-game purchases for players
who want to play faster.
What to do, if during the installation, it says The
application could not be installed?
Check the storage space first. Free more memory and
restart the device. Note that you need more free
memory than the game size. Check that the Internet
connection is working normally.

Can I download achievements?
It is not possible to download achievements. Our
games do not use a game-specific account.
I have an Apple device and the game is uninstalled by
itself. What happened?
IPhone and iPad may elect to delete the apps
automatically if the “Offload Unused Apps” setting is
enabled. This feature helps to save storage space by
removing apps that are not used frequently. We
recommend you switch it off in Settings – App Store –
Offload Unused Apps.
I have an Android device and the game is uninstalled
by itself. What happened?
Check if you have an automatic uninstall function in
your phone settings. Automatic uninstallation can
happen, for example, due to an external SD card, the
app was downloaded from an untrusted site or the phone
hasn’t been rebooted for a long time. Or maybe someone
else using your device may have deleted the app.
Can extra items such as coins be transferred to
another MotionVolt Games game?
Items are game-specific. It is not possible to
transfer items from one game to another.
I have been trying to unlock an item without success.
Can you add it to my game?
Manually adding items is impossible because we cannot
access the player’s game progress.
How to remove ads? (Apple)
The easiest way to remove interstitials is to make
in-game purchase, and the interstitials will be
removed upon purchase. In some games, you can also
choose a separate ad removal purchase, which you will
find in the game store. Note that the reward ads will
remain, as you can choose whether you want to watch
them or not.
How to remove ads? (Android)
Our Android games Flip Diving and Flip Master
contain interstitial ads. Ad removal is not
available for these games. Backflipper and Loco Pets have a Support button
that appears periodically – you can remove it for a
small fee. Flip Runner does not contain interstitial ads for
the time being.

Can the game be saved to a game account or
Apple/Google Play game cloud?
It is not possible to save game progress to an account
or cloud. Our games do not use a game-specific account
because we do not store player data outside of your
device.
How to reset the progress?
You can reset your progress by uninstalling the game
and then reinstalling it. Note that all progress will
be lost with no way to get it back.
After reinstalling the game, how to restore the
progress?
The game progress is device-specific so uninstalling
the game removes the progress. Unfortunately, there is
no way to restore it. Some items, like locations and
characters, purchased with real money can be restored
using the Restore Purchases button in the game
settings (gear icon).
I changed my device. How to transfer the progress to
a new device?
The game progress is device-specific, so changing
your device removes the progress. If both your old and
new devices run the same operating system (either iOS
or Android), you may be able to transfer your data
using third-party backup apps. While this method has
worked for some users, we cannot guarantee its success
and recommend proceeding with caution.
I purchased an item and was charged but didn't get
the item. What to do? (Android)
The item you purchased should appear in your game
immediately. In some rare cases, it may take longer.
If the item hasn’t been delivered, force stop the game
(Settings app -> Tap Apps -> Tap the app you
used to make your in-app purchase -> Tap Force Stop
-> Re-open the game and check if your item has been
delivered.
I have purchased items with real money. How do I get
them back after uninstalling the game or changing my
device?
The characters and levels purchased with real money
can be restored using the Restore Purchases button in
the game Settings. Due to Google and Apple policies,
consumables such as tickets, coins and gold packs
cannot be restored. Items or game coins obtained
through spins or for free cannot be restored
either.
